A targeted session to address aches and pains, chronic patterns, and/or general maintenance for life in the modern world. This session incorporates deep pressure, myofascial stretching, cupping, and gua sha as needed and is primarily based in my training in neuromuscular therapy. Best if booked in a series; long-term patterns of tension and stress typically do not resolve in one session.

My version of a relaxation massage. These sessions are more exploratory than an integrative massage and may include guided visualizations and verbal prompts, craniosacral therapy holds, and other tools from my more energetic training. Book if you want support shifting into a state of greater spaciousness and do not want a deep pressure massage. I also recommend this session if you would like to remain fully clothed.
