About Your Therapist
Elizabeth Stafford, NC LMBT #20100
Elizabeth is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist located in Asheville, North Carolina. She's been based in Asheville since 2020 and has been practicing bodywork since graduating from the Western North Carolina School of Massage in 2022. They practice bodywork because they believe nurturing a kind, dynamic, and attuned relationship to our bodies creates a new map for how we can relate to our lives.
In their free time Elizabeth enjoys connecting with the land, making art, resting, and learning about her ancestral traditions (amongst many other interests). She is queer, non-binary, and neurodivergent and wants to live in a world where we all experience love, enoughness, and our inherent belonging to the earth.
